Your special event has many moving parts. With this package we will be there to make sure your day goes as you envisioned.
In order to do so we must work together at least 2 weeks before your event. To make sure we have all the tools we need to do our best work for you!
This package includes the following:
-6 to 10 hrs of coordination included additional hours at an additional $75/hr
-Point of contact for all your vendors starting 2 weeks prior to your event,
- Create a day of timeline for all vendors to reference to keep everyone on schedule
-Coordinate the ceremony
-Bride & Groom accommodations throughout the day
-Direct guests & wedding party throughout the day
-Manage vendor questions, assist with final vendor payments & gratuity if needed.
-Handle any last minute emergencies or mishaps
-Supervise all vendors set-up and breakdown (this does not include full decorating or clean-up after event this can be added on if needed)
Access to our couples "Just in Case" kit will be provided for any mishaps that may occur.
This is a perfect package for the couple that has 50 or less guests. Or the couple that would like more than 2 weeks of management service. Includes " Four Weeks of Management" and Day of Management!

- Vendor Management (last payment, and gratuity management, coordinating set-up times, break down times, ensure vendors clean up their respective areas, communication with your vendors on any questions they have)
- Planning would begin as soon as you come aboard with us to make sure we have plenty of time to book your vendors.
-We will be the contact for all of your vendors starting at 4 weeks prior to your event to acquire all the details needed to create your "Day of Timeline", and assist your vendors with any questions or concerns they may have.
- 2 Virtual meetings/ in person if requested is available as well
- Unlimited calls, texts, emails (during communicated working hours)
- Accommodations coordination for the couple
- Personal Décor set-up & take down such as wedding signage, Guest book/signing table, cake table décor, setting up wedding favors. (full décor set-up & breakdown available at an additional cost)
- We make sure no personal items or décor are left at the event location and Planner will have on hand a couples “Just in Case Kit” for any mishaps that may occur.

This is a perfect package for the couple that has most of their vendors booked, but need that bit of extra help managing all the vendors closer to their wedding so they can sit back and enjoy the last months before their big day!
This package includes 4 months of planning, and Day of event Management. Additional months can be added for an additional cost.

Planning would begin at least 12 months prior to the event.

Destination Weddings start at $1,000 plus meals/lodging/travel fees/and additional package selected.

Starting at $250 for 1 bridal bouquet, 1 throw bouquet, 4 boutonnieres’, 2 Corsages (pricing is determined by types of flowers in season and the amount of detail wanted for the item included.)
